bring your child, let them choose the menu

At school age the child's day gets longer and half the meals are away from home. Counselling that plans breakfast, the lunch box and after-school snacks around your family's timetable and brings the child into the plan.

At the first visit we map together when, where and what your child eats over a week. Sport, classes and school bus times are the plan's backbone.

We prepare a "lunch box menu" together with your child, so mornings need fewer decisions. If there is a concern about weight we proceed with your paediatrician's assessment; we do not talk about weight in front of the child.

Who is it for?

  • Families of children who skip breakfast
  • Families who have run out of lunch box ideas
  • Active children whose energy drops during the day
  • Children whose doctor has recommended monitoring growth
