Most questions that reach my practice are not about a ban but about a time: “The school bus is at seven, what about breakfast?”

While studying nutrition and dietetics at Hacettepe, my placement at a children's hospital decided my field. I wrote my master's thesis on iron intake in pregnancy, then worked for seven years at an obstetrics and paediatrics clinic.

Since 2019 I have had my own practice in Yenimahalle. At the visit I first listen to how your home runs: who cooks, who looks after the baby, where you spend weekends. A plan that does not fit that routine ends up in a drawer within two weeks.

I do not diagnose or recommend medication; when needed I refer you to your doctor. With children who have allergies I work only with a doctor's diagnosis and referral.

    In pregnancy or with children a "banned list" grows anxiety. We start with what to add.

  • On your home's clock

    The plan follows your wake-up, work and school bus times.

  • Same direction as your doctor

    On supplements, lab results and allergies we follow your doctor's advice.

  • Small steps

    One or two changes at each follow-up. Not everything at once.
